To register a p988 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on p988. p988 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice and any bonus balances forfeited. In cases of deliberate circumvention for bonus exploitation, all accounts and balances may be permanently suspended.
p988 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of p988 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. p988 makes no representation that the Platform is available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where its license applies.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p988 login credentials, including your password and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. p988 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. You must notify p988 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
p988 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by p988's compliance systems. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
You must not provide false, misleading, or impersonated information at any point during your use of the p988 Platform. Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age constitutes grounds for immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
An Account that has not had any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. p988 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, subject to prior notification. Users will be notified by SMS or email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period may be closed.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes against p988 for any deposit made to your Account. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds, as certified by independent auditors. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly from the theoretical RTP.
Sports betting on p988 — including cricket, football, UFC, and other sporting events — is governed by the following general rules and by market-specific rules accessible in the sportsbook interface.
All bets are accepted subject to p988's current betting rules and odds. p988 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events with corrupted odds due to technical errors or data feed failures. Bets accepted in error at obviously incorrect odds may be voided by p988 at any time before settlement.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL matches, or the ICC for international cricket. p988 uses recognised data providers for match results. In the event of a disputed result, settlement will be delayed until the official result is confirmed.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets are accepted during the designated betting windows displayed in the interface. Once the betting window closes, bets will not be accepted regardless of any network delay experienced by the User. p988 accepts no responsibility for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
p988 applies maximum single-bet and cumulative winning limits which are specified in the sportsbook betting rules. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be paid at the maximum limit only. These limits apply regardless of the stake placed or odds offered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p988 Platform. The p988 brand name, logo, and any associated trademarks are the exclusive property of p988. Unauthorised use of p988's trademarks — including in any marketing, social media, or comparative advertising context — is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p988 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the p988 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
p988's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p988 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond p988's reasonable control (including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. p988 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. By using the p988 Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent financial risks of gambling and that p988 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through legitimate, properly settled gaming or betting activity.

Closure by User: You may request closure of your p988 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
Closure by p988: p988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, provision of false registration information, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed due to the User's breach of these Terms, p988 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.
Dormant Account Closure: Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed at p988's discretion, with any residual balance returned to the User's last registered payment method after applicable inactivity fees are deducted.
p988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p988 will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the p988 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p988 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the p988 Platform shall first be submitted to p988's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, contact p988 support in writing, clearly stating the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or event details, and the outcome you are seeking. p988 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a written resolution within 30 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by p988's gaming license authority. p988 commits to participating in good faith in any such external resolution process.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
